Hello I am hoping someone can chime in on this, or it may be a glitch?
Had a customer that we wanted to refund shipping ONLY for an order.
Change qty's to 0 for the items, clicked update QTY so that the totals at the bottom showed ONLY the shipping amount. Clicked "Online Refund" and after the page refreshes it shows that the entire order was refunded, not just the shipping. The Item is a configurable item, so the child items were the only qty's that could be edited. Im just confused as to what to do in this situation.

you need to check your payment method's class for that.
there must be some issue with payment method's refund function
I'm also having this issue.
If the customer only orders one item with shipping, I cannot refund the shipping only.
