Registration error

I'm trying to figure out why I'm getting errors now.
When a customer tries to create an account or reset a password get the error Sorry! You can not use this domain for Registration.
If I try to reset a customer password on the admin end, I get Sorry! You can not use this domain for Registration and invalid security or form keys. Please refresh the page.
