“Request does not match any route” on coupon code at checkout

I cannot enter a coupon code on checkout. I get an error “Request does not match any route”

It works on the cart page, just not to check out page.

Please help

For anyone else with this issue. It is related to Mod Security on the server. If you disable that and restart apache, it works.
