Hello. Our team has a site that has an issue on a few products with customizable options. When you go to add the product to the cart, it says that the requested product doesn't exist. Now, it has a SKU and if I go to change the sku, the error does not occur. When I change it back to the original SKU (which is non-negotiable), the error returns. These products were pushed over from a customized API through a filemaker software. We pushed over many products prior, this wasn't an issue for those other products. I'm not sure what the change is.
