Setting up Paypal in 2.3.3 - Error 10481

Hi there,

I am trying to setup Paypal (SANDBOX) in my 2.3.3 Magento.

Everytime I try to checkout my order is refused with this error in the log file:

PayPal NVP gateway errors: PaymentAction of Authorization is not allowed with Unilateral and Non-Credentialed authentication (#10481: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details)

Does anybody how I can resolve this?

Please check if you are using the sandbox credentials or the live one?

Please check your Credentials are working fine and you have set a Sandbox mode from the Stores -> Configuration -> Sales -> Payment Methods -> Paypal

If you are not sure, add credentials again and save the settings.

you can explore the API key of Paypal, Get Paypal API Key

I added the SANDBOX credentials.

The test purchases are working if I set the capturing mode to SALE. But Authorization is not working. Then the error appears.

@MadisonCooper I fix the error by making sure all customer data is valid. Mine was the zip that's causing the issue.
