Setting up Webhooks Magento 2.4.0 (Open Source)

Hi All,

I hope you are doing well.

We are trying to build one integration on our Magento Open Source Platform. There we want to configure for webhooks like order creation. Will somebody let us know if it comes inbuilt into the Magento Open Source or if we have to buy some plugin? If it is built in then what are the steps to set up it?

It doesn't come out of the box but I know of a free extension here - https://github.com/mageplaza/magento-2-webhook
