Shopial_facebook remove

I have run bin/magento module:uninstall Shopial_Facebook. When I check module status it shows up under disabled modules. After running setup:upgrade the module is enabled again. How can I remove this module from my magent 2.2 upgrade?

Change value 1 to 0 into config.php file.

and do compile and cache flush.

So it can only be disabled? Not completely removed?
