We have a very bizarre situation in that customers are unable to apply a voucher code, but when we try it works fie for us. I have set up a deal with Living Social and imported their supplied codes. These seem to work for some customers, but on the whole customers struggle to use them. When we check the codes it appears to be set up correctly, and indeed we can apply the voucher successfully to our cart. There are too many issues for this simply to be user error on the customers part, and indeed we have found that sometimes the codes don't work for us in one browser, but does in another.
I have enabled the cache, set the cron jobs to 5 mins, and the codes are set up for both 'General' and 'Logged In' users, so we are completely mystified.ANY help would be much appreciated!
