Stock issue in Magento 2.4.2

I imported my stock with a csv to the default source/stock. Magento tells that the items are in stock, but when I select the right color and size is says 0 in stock. 

I can put them in the shoppingcart when it is configured not to have backorders.

How can I let Magento show how many items are really in stock?

After setting stock, have you run the re-indexer?

Please try to run the below command and then check if everything is working fine.

php bin/magento indexer:reindex

Yes, I have run re-indexer.

I reinstalled Magento 2.4.2 and the extensions, run with the Luma theme and got the same errors, moved all the stock to a new source/stock and back, changed different settings in the configuration and every time re-indexed, rebuilt cache, flushed cache and cleaned browser history.

The configurable products are imported with a csv with the Firebear extension for import and export and I run the Mageplaza advanced extension for b2b sales.

When I add a new products manually I can see the stock of it. But one of those products was moved to the other source and back and now the stock says 0 too.
