Stuck in Category Management ...Please Wait.... magento

So I recently installed a clean installation of magento with use of the sample data provided by magento with the madison island theme.

While configuring the Category Management I discovered that it keeps getting stuck with the popup that says Please Wait.

I am currently using magento version 1.9.2.1 and the sample version 1.9.1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed.

Had a hunch, ran the anti mallware removal tool and the Category displayes normaly

Hi I am have the same behavior in Mag 2.0.6 -  what malware removal tool did you use if you don't mind sharing.
