Tax rate wrongly calculated

Hi, 

I have a total of products, including tax, for $13,90
The shippingcosts are 3,95 incl tax
Total = 17,85 incl tax

Now the tax of 21% should be 3,10

The problem is, Magento shows that the tax is 2,41. That is incorrect.
I think the tax for the shippingcosts aren't calculated.

Never mind, got it solved. it came out that after a migration of products the Tac Class for Shipping was set back to null.
