Taxes and Discount not applied

I enabled tax rules but nothing changed also with "Show including and excluding taxed prices", so I tried to apply a discount, the system takes the code but the price remain the same.

Configure products with correct tax class, you should have same tax class for products which is set for Tax Rules.

Store > Taxes > Tax Rules
