So I was testing out the terms and conditions on checkout. However, I have noticed that if the check box is not checked, it's refreshing the page and still charging.
Is there a way to prevent that??

which payment method you are using as PayPal and Authorize.net are working fine with Checkout Agreements.
this should be an issue with the Payment method extension.
We are using BluePay for payment method
