The credit memo couldn't be saved. - Magento 2.4.2

Hi,

I have setup a new Magento v2.4.2 store and am trying to migrate my website over. It has been over a month and there is one issue after another. The latest issue is that now that I have all my data migrated, I am not able to create credit memo as it is giving me the following error in the front end.

The credit memo couldn't be saved.

No error is thrown in Magento logs.

I used an popular Magento migration service to migrate the data from v1.9.3. I can be certain that this has happened after data migration. I have backups and I have restored a backup just before migrating data and credit memo works.

Any help would be appreciated.

One thing I noticed is that the formatting of the check box at the bottom is a bit messed up and the checkbox to refund by credit is automatically checked.

Hi,

eav_entity_store table does not exist and sales_flat_creditmemo is empty. Are you sure that these tables are for Magento 2.4.x?
