We are facing issue regarding emails after placing order. we are not getting emails after placing order. i setup all necessary settings but still it is not sending mails. kindly help us to resolve this issue ASAP.
Kindly check your Var/log to see any warning or error related to mail.
Also please confirm other functionality with mail is working or not?

As you mention that you have configured all the necessary Magento 2 mailing systems, so you may need to check below point:
Got to Stores -> Configuration -> Advanced -> System
Under Mail Sending Settings make sure - Disable Email Communications is set to No.
Also verify your Host and Port fields if you are using any external mailing server.
Go to Stores -> Configuration -> Sales -> Sales Emails
Under General Settings tab, choose Asynchronous sending to Disable
Under Order tab Enabled to Yes
Now clear/refresh your cache.

i checked all settings but problem is still there.
Seems like your screenshot is not visible to us !
As you mention that all settings are also configured - then last option would be setting up the cron.
Have you setup cron in your server which magento 2 has must suggested ?

Also on server which email services are you using to send emails ?
we are using Gmail services for mail. but i dont think so that it is the issue. because i have test environment it is working fine.
okay i understand , then please check crons which i mention in above post.
that might be a reasons to not working !
Also as its working on test environment - then might be on this environment something is missing at server level !
i checked with the hosting they said every thing is ok at server level. It will be better if you can elaborate some points that are causing for this issue.
The issue is sorted out. issue was in payment gateway.
