Tier prices not working with fixed price

I have a problem since upgrade to Magento 2.2.0. :

Tier prices only show in theme when setting them up with percent. Using fixed price show no output.

Settings:

Edit product->Advanced Pricing->Customer Group Price
Website: all
Customer group: all
Quantitiy: 24
Price: Discount
5%
---------> This works, frontend output available!

Edit product->Advanced Pricing->Customer Group Price
Website: all
Customer group: all
Quantitiy: 24
Price: Fixed
30.00

---------> This is not working, no frontend output!

So what changed in Magento 2.2.0 regarding tierprices? It worked before.

Sorry my fault...the fixed price is per product, not for the whole package. Is the price higher then the regular price, the discount is not displayed.
