We recently migrated over to Magento CE 2.1.6 from Magento CE 1.9.1.0, and I'm running into a very odd bug. Without any errors being thrown in the logs, whenever a product is updated(or saved), it is automatically removed from all of the categories it is in, and has to be re-added manually.
Any ideas as to why this would happen?
