Upgrade Mysql 5.6 to 5.7

Hi, I have 2.3.5 Magento CE running and am getting messages on my WHM/cPanel to upgrade from Mysql 5.6 to 5.7.

 

Does anyone know if I can just do this with no problems for the Magento system.

Does anyone know whether to is safe to upgrade Mysql to version 5.7 with no impact on Magento?
