Re: Upgrade issue
Hi @Sylvestertest,
Greetings!
This is a common error found while upgrading Magento 2 versions. You can generate new authentication keys. Follow the steps as shown below.
- Log in to your Magento Marketplace account.
- Find your account name in the top-right section of the page. Select My Profile there.
- Next, find the Marketplace tab and click Access Keys.
- Now, you can create new access keys. Click the corresponding button.
- Specify a specific name for the keys. Confirm the action.
Here, the Public key is your username, and the Private key is your password.
That's it.
Hope this will help you resolve your issue.
If not, feel free to contact us.
Solved? Click KUDOS and accept it as a solution.
Thank you

Re: Upgrade issue
Thanks for the information you gave but the solution you mention has been tried without result. It seems to be a solution for the community edition but not for the enterprise edition.
Currently, we see an issue where Magento Enterprise repo is not accessible using our enterprise key when we try to upgrade from 2.4.3 to 2.4.4
kind regards,
Sylvester
