Upload Image Not Working 2.3.5-p2

I am attempting to insert an image in the back end of Magento 2.3.5-p2. When I click the button to browse to find the image, the screen turns white with an X in the upper right corner but then nothing happens. I'm not sure if this is related to upgrading from 2.3.5-p1 to 2.3.5-p2.

can you inspect element and check what is the error it is showing?

Sure. Can you explain to me how to do that? I apologize for not knowing already but am new to magento.

Not full path

I have yet to find a solution to this problem. What other avenues do I have to get this resolved? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
