Web Setup Wizard Blank

I am not able to access Web Setup Wizard form back end , when i click on web setup wizard its showing blank page.
Magento 2.1.7

Normally the blank page could means you got an error 500.

Can you check your webserver error log?

I am getting this error in console
angular.min.js (line 77) POST http://xxxx/setup/index.php/session/prolong 404 Not found
