Web Setup Wizard Not Able to Access - Magento 2.1.2

Hi,

Why is my Web Setup Wizard not Working anymore?

When i try to click on it, i get this message https://gyazo.com/2b4ef9c8900509801e40819146d9d499

 Does anybody know a way around this? Iknow i am not the only one heaving this problem.

What i did was just installing a theme usig the composer. The composer asked my if i wanted to store the credentials. I say No. Then i reinstalled the theme, and now i said i wanted to store the credentials but the problem still persists.
