What is Import History ?

I got an import stuck in progress somehow, and now when I go to import it just piles it on some type of queue. I've tried flushing & clearing cache, as well as manually clearing out some var. Is there a way to control this queue or flush it out? Thanks.

Well it would be a good if you can share some screenshot - so its help us to trouble-shoot the issue !

Still as you mention it goes in queue, so you might using B2B module with share catalog ,  so do one thing run below commands in sequence and then check !

php bin/magento cron:run
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:clean
php bin/magento cache:flush
