When adding CMS page with layout update XML, getting "Attention something wrong" issue

When i try to make a CMS page and save it, its works well and i can see the available CMS page list but when i edit that page and add my custom layout XML for that cms page and try to save it, I am getting bellow error-

 

"Attention Something went wrong".

 

Any guess why I am getting this error?

Are you sure your custom XML is valid?
