How to add the block to the specific category by the widget?

Category Wise:- 

Into Display Settings  Tab:- 

 Display Mode: Static Block or Static Block and Products

Into Content Tab :- 

 Add CMS Block select your block and save it.

I mean at here, we have to choose the product one by one.

Is it possible to choose the category?
