add to cart is very slow

Admin is very slow ONLY on Product Catalog (1100 products)

Hi Guys,

I want to know any thoughts about how to speed up Magento 2.3.0. But, the question is that when added to cart clicked is very slow ONLY 

my host in google cloud with 8 core CPU and 30GB Ram 

I have 15000 product ( wheels and tires )

please help me ...

Your host can have all that CPU but does it reflect in the configuration files?

.htaccess  and user.init

you have to find them because they are hidden in different folders.  increase the limits.

besides that, the template, cache and many other things could be slowing down the site. 1,000 or 15kproducts shouldn't be slowing down, so is something else
