I am badly stuck on customer account Address Book issue on m2 website,

Do you know what's the solution ?? I have tried all things but no luck.

No we are using argento theme, and we have tried with default (Luma) also. but  issue still appearing on there as well as  backend??

Maybe you can continue from there? (adding information to issues)
