Hi,

I use Magento for my shop since several years. Everything worked fine until 22nd of October 2019.

Since then I can not log in to Magento - this is what we found

the Problem might be caused by wrong database config of Firewall between database and webserver

any idea how to get my Magento Access going? I use Magento 1.9.2.1

Hi @BielerVerlag,

This issue generally come due to "max_allowed_packet" and "wait_timeout".

Check your my.cnf file for below configuration and its value at least should be like below :

max_allowed_packet = 16M
wait_timeout = 1800 
connect_timeout = 120

You can check with your server support.

thanks very much, but I have no Access to Change this, it seems that only my Provider could Change this and he is not willing to do so because I use open source Software...
