magento 2.2.3 issue with smtp extension

when i am using email that is made on domain (contact@gurgaonretailer.com) in username under smtp extension configuration then this mail is not working .it shows security issues. how do i fix that error. please someone help me to configure smtp extension properly.

For GMail SMTP you need to add one of the Gmail address id and check again.

You need to pass any of your gmail Id inside that SMTP extension.

you need to ask to server admin for that info. you need to ask smtp login details for that.
