Hello! Well I'm new with Magento and I got an issue.
1º Some clients tell us that they received a notification about a product that they already pay.
2º Other client say that he received the bill with the order but it was duplicate.
I check the stock and the bills and it was correct.
Can anybody help me?

Did you recently installed the extension like follow up.email? Or setup or modified Cron job?
It seems some queue emails which were pending to be sent, sent all at once..I am just guessing.
Anything new if you have done , can give more clarity on this.
