modifications produits impossible

s'il vous plaît j'ai besoin de votre aide, je n'arrive plus a modifier mes produits sur le site, quand je change par exemple le prix ou le texte rien ne fonctionne. Pouvez vous m'aider?

When you make changes, are they saving in your Magento admin panel, but not reflected on the front of the website? or are they not saving in your Magento admin at all?
