problem after JS and CSS catch cleaning

hey there new to magento.so sorry if this was asked before.

so i cleared the magento JS and CSS catch and all the website and admin panel got messed up. i cant click anywhere the wheel its just spining in admin panel. attached some screenshots.

how to fix this please.

How did you clear the cache?

Can you attach a screenshot of browser console?

you can try to run the following command in you Magento root.

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

i cleared it trough admin catch management .

and yes that command worked.!
