I have several products where the "additional_images" were uploaded incorrectly. So I have products with multiple pictures that should not be there. I have tried to "add/update" the information through an import, but the data doesn't change and the "additional_images" field still lists all the additional pictures and they are all visible on the site. The import shows as being successful. These products are Parent and Child products where the child products all need to be updated. I have tried reindexing, flushing the caches, updating and redeploying static content as well as trying to update with a wide array of different data.
How do I mass import a series of SKUs and have the "additional_images" field overwritten to contain the correct data? I do not want to "replace" the data since this impacts the Parent/child relationship.
