2 Issues after upgrading to M2.4.5 from M2.3.5P1

After upgrading to M2.4.5 we have 2 issues in OOTB magento (hope somebody saw it before):

- Global Search in admin stopped working. You enter only 1 character, auto-complete is off and you can trigger a search with enter or clicking on the search icon (it's not even clickable).

Second issue; dragging and dropping pictures in the correct sequence is not working anymore.. the drag/drop icon is not functioning anymore (you can't click it)

Need to check some following points.
1. Check elastic search is running properly and port defined properly.

Thanks for raising and we did. Ultimately yesterday I was able to resolve it and it was due to an issue in the jquery configuration. I redeployed the OOTB Magento jquery and worked my way from there to solve it.
