Advice on essential upgrade path

Hi there,

I have 2 Magento installations on 2 separate servers, one on PHP 7.2.17 the other PHP 7.1.I

I have Magento ver. 2.3.2-p2 installed on both, via composer.

I do not need any additional features but just want to ensure the sites are up to date with all he latest security patches.

Please can someone advise me on the appropriate upgrade path?  (If any further info about the set-ups is required please just ask...)
