Best email marketing platform to use for Magento 1.9?

Hello all. Im looking to start email marketing for my store. A lot of options in the marketplace. Is it worth it to pay extra for klaviyo vs cheaper alternatives. Is klaviyo the best compared to other guys like Remarkety and omnisend. There are so many options that I cant wrap my head around which ones to install and use. I do plan on hiring a freelancer to setup campaigns and automation etc. I know magento has built in email marketing, but I never used it except for transactional emails. Please advice.

I suggest you MailChimp
Basically, MailChimp is a dedicated email marketing service used by over 12 million E-commerce businesses, and provides free service to small and newly developing web-stores.

Klaviyo is good for email marketing, 
There are some other options available like Mailchimp, sender.net, drip email marketing, mailgun, sendinblue.

If you are looking for the cheapest, use amazon SES.
