Is it possible to upgrade custom modules of magento 2 from 2.0.0 to 2.1

Magento 2 migration is the official code migration tool which can help the developers to migrate theirs extensions and design themes from 2.0.0 to 2.1. I haven't tried yet... but this should help you to start.

Yes, Thanks. I suggest this magento upgrade extension to transfer database (default and custom modules) from magento to magento 2.1.
