Hi, I have some .js code for a chat widget provided by "freshworks/freshchat" - the code has been on my site since Oct/Nov - no issue w/ Magento Security Scan - however, this morning i'm getting:
I put in a ticket w/ FreshWorks/FreshChat - waiting to hear back - however, curious if this is a false positive/magento can provide more info.

This could be a false positive. You can drop a quick email to securityscan@magento.com as well to find out more about it. There could be many reason behind it like JS they are using may have some deprecated function or some text which Magento scanner may be flagging as an issue.

Thank you for this information, very helpful. As of now I have opened a ticket and they (Magento) are reviewing the security scan information.
