Re: System Upgrade: conflicting component dependencies

Hello @GoodLook

Please run below commands to fix this:

composer require symfony/config:4.1.*
composer require symfony/dependency-injection:3.3.*
composer update

Re: System Upgrade: conflicting component dependencies

I installed composer with Putty.

Then I could run the script.

So I logged in on the server to the magento folder.

then I run the script like mentioned and get this:

Authentication required (repo.magento.com):
Username:

I did try to enter marketplace user and password and magento user and password

 [Composer\Downloader\TransportException]
  Invalid credentials for 'https://repo.magento.com/packages.json', aborting.

I also tryed mangeto keys, public as username and private as password.

Even created new keys to try.

which credentials to use?

Re: System Upgrade: conflicting component dependencies

after some search in this forum >> found the solution to get the script running Smiley Happy

https://community.magento.com/t5/Magento-2-x-Version-Upgrades/Invalid-credentials-for-https-repo-mag...

ans added the key sin the auth.json file.

{
   "http-basic": {
      "repo.magento.com": {
         "username": "<public-key>",
         "password": "<private-key>"
      }
   }
}

 after running there was a conflict with symfony-injection 3.3.1 so I downgraded tot 3.3.0

now I have this conflict:

Workaround if you don't need the signifyd module: Add it to your "replace" section in the composer json as follows:

"replace": {
        "magento/module-signifyd": "*"
    },

This is the best way to remove unneeded modules. If you don't need that module as well, I'd leave that change in your composer.json. The composer.json is made for modification, your changes can stay. If you need the signifyd module, you should revert the change later of course.

Re: System Upgrade: conflicting component dependencies

I do not understand why to remove "module-signifyd"

Nothing changed after updating composer json, problem still the same. symfony/dependency-injection conflict with symfony/console

Re: System Upgrade: conflicting component dependencies

@GoodLook

Run composer update command now.

Re: System Upgrade: conflicting component dependencies

why is this error happening? I did clean install of 2.2.6 two weeks ago. Did nothing special and just for updating from latest 2.2.6 to latest 2.3 there are those issues?

please HELP

Re: System Upgrade: conflicting component dependencies

why is this error? Is this because of some module that I need to remove or is this some core stuff?

Is there a way to ignore this error?
