Using Magento 2 and lots of issues

Hi I’m using Magento 2 and always having issues not to mention I’m not a developer so that’s makes it worse.  I’ve got years invested and now think it’s time to move on to another platform. I can’t even upgrade my php. My website has about 28,000 products on it and was wondering what recommendations for another platform that works great and user friendly and not to expensive. Magento2 is already greater platform to manage your bulk number of products. Let do the fixes or else move on to the latest version of magento2 to overcome any bugs.
