While updating memory_limit detected as 256M

Hi there.

We have set 2G an memory limit in php.ini, user.ini and .htaccess.

The requirement check works. Aber backup the process starts.

But now it's haning in "./composer.json has been updated"

So we take a look in the backup log. It says: setup-cron.ERROR: Your current PHP memory limit is 256M. Magento 2 requires it to be set to 756M or more."

So... Anybody has a idea why there is this problem? Anywhere else to set the 2G memory_limit?

Hello

simply ask to hosting guys to increase the memory limit and they will do it for you.

Also while running commands you can mention memory limit for example

php -dmemory_limit=2G bin/magento setup:upgrade
