Zip code based Coupon is not working for guest user for Magento 2.3

Hi ,

We are in a process of migrating magento 1.9 to 2.3 and migration is completed but now one of our coupon is not working for Guest user.This coupon is based on users zip code .Working fine with logged in user.

Anybody know whats the reason is ? Help is highly appreciated.

Hi @shihabvk,

Please make sure that in the promotion edit settings you have also selected “Non Logged In” user customer group.

Otherwise resave this promotion.

Flush cache and check once.

Thank You Vimal for your quick response .We already selected “Non Logged In” ......But not working.
