magento 2 recent update dashboard not working

after the magento 2 recent update my dashboard is not working

this is what it looks like when i log in, need help!!!

You need to run deployment command using SSh from the root of your Magento instance,

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:flush
