There are two related sides to this topic. 1. As a developer, I want to stay on top of what is happening, and still get work done. How can I manage that? 2. As a team lead or manager, how can I help qualify my developers, taking different personalities and learning styles into account? I would really enjoy a discussion about these topics and maybe collect some action items, too.

PWA is becoming a big thing really soon. With numerous solutions popping up (not only Magento's official PWA Studio but also third party solutions) using different technologies (React, Vue, Angular) it might be time to focus on best practices and standards. Or should we? Perhaps the frontend layer is too segmented anyway to enforce anything like a standard. Perhaps, Magento introducing a GraphQL API layer is already enough for frontend developers to do whatever they want to do? This table discussion focuses on PWA standardization, developer experience to put different PWA stacks into perspective and a discussion on what kind of tools are favored.

Extensibility is one of Magento's hallmark features of the platform. Unfortunately unforeseen issues can arise when various extensions are installed alongside each other. No one likes dealing with these conflicts and they are a drag on any implementation. Let's make this a better experience by discussing common and not so common causes and how we can improve on status quo. The goal of this table is to jumpstart a solid list of action items that each extension should follow to increase interoperability with other extensions.

I'd love to hear the views of others on how they are currently testing their Magento 2 builds, topics such as: Are they leveraging the out of the box integration tests or the MTF/FTF/MFTF? What was the experiance of running them? What tests do they write of their own (such as unit and integration) Do they practice TDD in Magento? Who in their organisation writes the tests, devs or a seperate testing team? How are people pushing tests in their organisations? AKA how to persuade people testing is good (assuming it is good?!) Testing feels like one of those things everything thinks everyone else does, but in reality few people do, and I personally find the landscape quite confusing, so any chance to discuss with others would be great.

I would love to discuss and know more about development environment setups. Magento used to provide Docker setup but not anymore. I believe that is work in progress. Many of us as a developer still have to face performance issues on local development environment. There are bunch of resources available out there which works well for some and not for other. There are not updates as well on them since ages. How can we do quick development and less or issues? Many of the time we had to look into the existing Magento classes to find the right way to do few things. It would be great if more code snippet available for quick and reliable development. This will overall improve the the quality of product. With the different version and frequent releases old code breaks and cause many damages. It can be avoided if code is done right way... Thanks, Tarandeep
