Testing has been a hot topic since before Magento 2 was released, but since then it has become the expectation that code "is tested". The first 2-3 years adoption was rather slow despite Magento's efforts, but within the last 12-18 months there has finally been a more widespread uptake by developers.
Many developers and companies introduced testing only to abandon it again. Some have had more success and managed to find a process that is sustainable and provides value.
I would like to discuss the strategies and experiences developers use to test their code, both frontend and backend.
I think it is important to talk about both what hasn't worked and what has, where we failed to adopt testing (happens to all of us) and where we succeeded, and to try and look into the future where testing is heading.
