I’m facing an issue where some of my Magento orders remain stuck in the Processing state even after payment confirmation from ibomma app. The payment gateway (Stripe) shows transactions as successful, but Magento doesn’t move them to “Complete.” Any ideas what could be causing this? Could it be cron job issues or a webhook configuration problem?
