Hello,
I would like to use an external call center service, mainly to:
- call back the prospect which didn't manage to pay (or abandoned their cart)
- answer the prospects questions
- answer the customer phone calls / maybe emails
Would you know a module to do it safely (meaning not giving access to sensible data in the admin), and allowing to manage KPIs?
