Follow these steps and let me know. Export your product information from Magento. In Magento 1, navigate to System > Import/Export > Export and select "Products" as the entity type, exporting the data as a CSV file. For Magento 2, go to System > Data Transfer > Export, choose "Products," and export the data in CSV format.
Once you have the export, open the file and review the contents to ensure it matches the format UnoPim requires. You might need to adjust fields like SKU, product name, price, and categories to align with UnoPim’s standards eg online.
Next, log in to UnoPim, locate the Import section, and upload the CSV file. UnoPim should prompt you to map the fields from Magento to its internal fields to ensure accurate data import. Once mapped, start the import process and review the data within UnoPim to confirm that all products have been correctly imported, including images and descriptions.
