I’m experiencing an intermittent issue on my Magento based website, Elite Printing Solution. Some of our visitors have reported that they’re occasionally unable to submit their quotes through our custom quote submission form. At other times, the form works perfectly fine.

Here’s what I’ve observed so far:

1. There doesn’t seem to be a consistent pattern the issue happens randomly.
2. Users don’t receive any specific error message when their submission fails.
3. We’re using a standard form setup and no recent changes have been made to the system.
