I’m facing an issue on my WordPress based custom packaging website where customers are unable to format their text (e.g., bold, underline or change font color) while typing their quotes. The issue was reported by a customer using the quote request form on this page: Candle Packaging Solution.
It seems like the text editor in use isn’t providing these rich text formatting options. I’m unsure if this is due to a misconfiguration, missing plugins or limitations in the editor itself.
Has anyone dealt with similar issues? Could it be related to the Magento settings or do I need to upgrade the editor or enable specific features for this?
Any guidance or recommendations on which rich text editor works best for Magento forms and how to implement it would be greatly appreciated!
